Primordial black hole dark matter in the presence of p-wave WIMP annihilation

چکیده
We study the allowed primordial black hole (PBH) dark matter abundance in mixed scenarios consisting of PBHs and self-annihilating weakly interacting massive particles (WIMPs) with a velocity dependent annihilation cross section. first briefly illustrate how WIMP halo profile changes for suppressed p-wave scenarios, compared familiar s-wave then discuss PBH mass upper bound on abundance. The WIMPs can accrete onto to form an ultracompact minihalo spiky density profile. Such spike is moderated central region because are annihilated away this moderation less effective smaller core becomes larger while radius section than those scenarios. which varies across halo, and, addition change profile, another interesting feature This stark contrast where independent mass. fraction (with respect total abundance) order $f_{PBH}\lesssim {\cal O}(10^{-7})(M_{\odot}/M_{PBH})^{(-6+2\gamma_{sp})/(3\gamma_{sp}+3)}$ thermal relic $100$ GeV $\gamma_{sp}$ slope index be O}(10^{-9})$ corresponding

Dark matter annihilation in the gravitational field of a black hole
In this paper we consider dark matter particles annihilation in the gravitational field of black holes. We obtain exact distribution function of the infalling dark matter particles, and compute the resulting flux and spectra of gamma rays coming from the objects. It is shown that the dark matter density significantly increases near a black hole. Particle collision energy becomes very high affec...
متن کاملBlack Holes as Dark Matter Annihilation “Boosters”
The presence and growth of Intermediate and Supermassive Black Holes modify the surrounding distribution of stars and Dark Matter, and inevitably affect the prospects for indirectly detecting Dark Matter through its annihilation products. We show here that under specific circumstances, Black Holes can act as Dark Matter annihilation “boosters”. In particular, we show that mini-spikes, i.e. Dark...
متن کاملSecluded WIMP Dark Matter
We consider a generic mechanism via which thermal relic WIMP dark matter may be decoupled from the Standard Model, namely through a combination of WIMP annihilation to metastable mediators with subsequent delayed decay to Standard Model states. We illustrate this with explicit examples of WIMPs connected to the Standard Model by metastable bosons or fermions. In all models, provided the WIMP ma...
متن کاملBlack Hole Remnants and Dark Matter
We argue that, when the gravity effect is included, the generalized uncertainty principle (GUP) may prevent black holes from total evaporation in a similar way that the standard uncertainty principle prevents the hydrogen atom from total collapse. Specifically we invoke the GUP to obtain a modified Hawking temperature, which indicates that there should exist non-radiating remnants (BHR) of abou...
متن کاملAdvances in Black Hole Physics and Dark Matter Modelling of the Galactic Halo Primordial Black Holes and Galactic Formation
One of the most important unresolved issues of modern physics is the presence of cold dark matter (CDM). Such dark matter appears to be essential in explaining the observed galactic rotation curves and the missing Cosmological dark matter. Recent attention has focused on galactic halos as an explanation of the galactic rotation curves, and on the possibility that galactic halos may consist of m...
